New wikipedia article on Ma Gui
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ma_Gui_%28martial_artist%29
Jonathan Hall wrote this, and it is really well done, with lots of references. Neil and I attempted to do one last year, so I know how hard it is to make it proper for wikipedia.
A huge vote of thanks to Jonathan!
New version of training manual published.

From Andrea : The manual is now four parts - with a brand new part on the dragon changes. Lots of new photos, thanks to Neil, who froze his hands off to take them. And a flashy new look. I had to buy Adobe Creative Suite to do all this, so the latest version is not a free update for those who bought the manual previously. Just think of is as going from OS9 to OS10.5, you can't get that for free. : I've just posted the new files online, and put in the links both from the maguibagua.net site and the wushu centre site.

Article on Liu Wanchuan

I have translated an article of Li's about Liu Wanchuan. Li has posted it on his website (the .com one). It is really interesting, and inspiring. I will not post it on our sites, because it is Li's work. I have updated the .net site part on lineage to take in some of the new information. So, go to the .com site and read the articie!

Next seminars

the wushu centre training extravaganza finished last Friday. It was a lot of fun, and a fair bit of hard training, and we are already looking forward to having a 3rd training extravaganza with a little less time between them. I am trying to post videos and photos from it.
Don't forget I'm in Halifax, August 14-18
Please see the seminar section for more info.
