Quebec City Location: Cataraqui park, chemin St.Louis, Sillery. Old skating rink behind the buildings in good weather, under the light between the buildings in dark weather, on the veranda of the main building is really awful weather. If you're driving you park in the top lot of Maison Michel Sarazin, 2101 chemin St.Louis (you can't drive into Catarqui). Regular classes and seminars are here.

Seminar sessions try to be the first Sunday of every month when Andrea is in the area. Those wishing to do only circle-walking and tendon changing are welcome to come for just the first hour. Cost is $50 a seminar session, $15 for first hour only. Cost for classes in Quebec city is $10 a week when Andrea is in town.

Southern Ontario study group Hosted by East Mountain TCM clinic. In January and May/early June. Location: Guelph. Time: Sunday 10:30 - 4:00. There is an hour break for lunch at 1:00.
